The 1987 Section NE-2A Conclave was hosted by Nischa Nimat Lodge #181. As was typical at the time, there were two items issued for the event. The Lodge #181 totem can be seen at the bottom of the patch.
A pocket patch
And a neckerchief, which consisted of the pocket patch on a white neckerchief with red piping.
Update May 6, 2013 There was also a Jacket patch issued for the event.
The patch is about six inches tall.
