Section NE-3B 2007 Conclave
There were at least 2 issues from Section NE-3B Conclave in 2007. The Conclave was held at Rotary Scout Reservation in Poestenkill, NY.
The Lodges of NE-3B include
- Half Moon Lodge #28
- Ga-Hon-Ga Lodge #34
- Otahnagon Lodge #172
- Kayanernh-Kowa Lodge #219
- Tahgajute Lodge #247
- Kittan Lodge #364
- Onteroraus Lodge #402
The one is pictured below, has a pocket loop and a Gray or Silver Border.
There is also an issue without the loop with a white border.
Does anyone know the significance of the border colors?
My guess (and that is all it is) would be participant and trading post issue.
I’m looking to trade for the white border and any other issues.

Everyone who attended was issued one grey border and had the opportunity to buy additional ones.
The white border w/o the loop was a participation award, earned if you completed the requirements. Only one was issued to those who completed the items.
There may also be a gold-colored border, but I cannot be sure. I believe it is the staff issue.

The gold border was issued as the standard patch and the silver was special awards. I’m not familiar to the grey one.

There was also a back patch issued.
