Section NE-2D 1978 Conclave

Here are a pair of images from the 1978 Section NE-2D Conclave provided by Tom Wadnola.  The 1987 NE-2D Conclave, was hosted by Onteroraus Lodge #402 and held at Crumhorn Mountain Scout Reservation.  There were at least two items issued for the event, a pocket patch and a neckerchief.
