Suanhacky Lodge #49 X38 NOAC 2009 Fundraiser
This seems to be the week for Suanhacky Lodge #49 issues. In addition to the Flap and CSP I posted on earlier their is also a new chevron. This patch has only recently been issued to go with the S60 20096 NOAC Fundraiser Flap issued in June.

place of NOAC 2009 misstated on flap. Lodge notified and is correcting.
