Section NE-3A 1990 Conclave Issues

The 1990 Section NE-3A conclave was hosted by Shu Shu Gah Lodge and held at Camp Keowa, Ten Mile River Scout Camps. The theme was Foundations Footsteps, since it was also the 75th Anniversary of the OA, the logo was a prominent part of the design.

While not issued for the conclave, there was one other section issue in 1990, a three inch round issued as a fundraiser to help repair damage done by Hurricane Hugo to Yokahu Lodge’s Camp in Puerto Rico.
