Gary Moshier sends word about two new flaps from Lowanne Nimat Lodge #219 which were recently issued at their Banquet as 2012 NOAC Fundraisers (although they do not mention NOAC).
The first has a Black border, and is pictured below:
There were reportedly 100 of each issued.
