I haven’t posted any NYS RWS issues recently, but here is one that ended recently on eBay for the Steuben Area Council. This one was advertized as used, but looks pretty good in the scan.

This one had 4 unique bidders before the hammer came down at nearly $ 57.00. It was used, but a bargain compared to one from earlier this year.
