To share information about new or newly discovered Order of the Arrows patches, flaps, odd-shapes, neckerchiefs, event and chapter issues from New York State Order of the Arrow Lodges, warnings about fakes, spoof, and reproductions and any other information that may be of interest to New York State OA Collectors.
Issue Numbers are subject to change as I become aware of new issues, errors or omissions in listings.
An auction for an Mohawk Lodge #267 First Flap recently ended on eBay. The seller seemed to want an auction, rather than a single bidder sale for the starting price. The starting bid was for $ 99.95 and there4 were 5 distinct bidders before the gavel came down.
Clicking on the image, will bring you to the auction for the next couple of months.
The flap was described as having “light use”. So did the buyer get a good deal?

What is life but a series of inspired follies? The difficulty is to find them to do. Never lose a chance: it doesn’t come every day.
George Bernard Shaw, Pygmalion, Act 2 Irish dramatist & socialist (1856 – 1950)
The conclave was held at Heritage Reservation and hosted by Enda Lechauhanne Lodge #57. The theme for the weekend was “Our Journey on the Trail of Service.â€
At this time, Section NE-5 contained only a single New York Lodge, Ho-Nan-Ne-Ho-Ont #165. while it is basically a PA Section, its patches are still sought by NY Section Conclave collectors.
Section NE-5 1995 Pocket Patch
As far as I know, there was only a single pocket patch issued for the event.
Were any other items issued for this event?
Update June 2013 Chris Carlson advises that there was also a neckerchief issued for the event and has provided a scan.
1995 Section NE-5 Conclave Neckerchief
This is a need of mine, does anyone have one available for trade or sale?
Update July 2013
Attached are images …and two of the “rockers” for 1995. The patch and rockers are Dustin’s picture from his collection. …Chris might also have the third rocker…I’ve never seen it but I think it says “service corps” or something similar.
Two of the rockers are pictured below:

Chirs Carlson sends along an image of what may be the particpation pin
I believe the participation award was a pin with the MGM Indian head logo. Although that logo was used quite frequently, and my memory is rusty.
NE 5 1995 participation pin
Can anyone confirm the participation pin and provide an image of the third rocker if it exists?
Thanks to Todd and Chris for the scans. Anyone have them available for trade or sale?
Update September 2013
