Gary Moshier sends word about two new flaps from Lowanne Nimat Lodge #219 which were recently issued at their March Banquet as 2012 NOAC Fundraisers (although they do not mention NOAC).
The second of the two has a Orange border, but otherwise identical design is pictured below:
Reportedly 100 of each issued.
