I had previously written about a NOAC chevron issued by Area 2-G for the 1971 NOAC. At the time, I was not aware that there was also a neckerchief issued by the Area to be worn by members of Area 2-G at NOAC.
The Central New York TOR last weekend had one in the auction, and I was fortunate to have the winning bid (sorry Ray).
The neckerchief shows an outline of New York State (although Long Island appears to have floated away).

I had seen this before (and sold one 4-5 years ago for a friend) but quite hinestly has forgot it existed until it appeared in the auction at the TOR. I was going to go toe-to-toe with you on it but figured “what the heck”. Your NY section/conclave collection is far more advanced than even my II-G section/conclave collection so it will bring you one step closer to completion (I have many, many steps). I’ll see another at some point (that remains my philosophy on most of this stuff). It’s a neat item. I’m glad you won it.
