Last week there was a discussion on Patch-L regarding different types of items issued for Section Conclaves, out side of the regular patches and neckerchiefs.  Ray Gould, once again sends along a couple of items issued for the Section NE-2B 1980 Conclave.

First is a neckerchief slide:
