Sakuwit Lodge #2 TOR

The 2009 East Coast Annual TOR sponsored by Sakuwit OA Lodge #2 will be held on
Friday, March 20, 2008, 5-11 PM EST, (Dealer Set-up starts @ 3:30 PM), &
Saturday, March 21, 2009, 8 AM – 3 PM EST.

General Admission is $3.00 per person.  Scouts (youth members) in uniform will be admitted free.

The TOR will be held at:

St. Bartholomew’s Church Parish Hall
470 Ryders Lane
East Brunswick, NJ, 08816

The church’ parish hall is S off of State Rte 18, about 4-5 miles SE of Exit #9 of the New Jersey Turnpike and also the intersection of US Hwy #1 & Rte 18.

Inside Tables are $18.00 each & Wall Tables are $20.00 each. Each table purchase includes two admissions.

For the last several years, the Sakuwit Lodge #2 Trade-O-Ree has been held at the Council Office in mid to late February.

Don Turk posted the following info to Patch-L for the 2009 event.

Central New Jersey Council has recently moved to a new location. The new location doesn’t have any space to hold a TOR.

The TOR Chairman has located a very suitable replacement location.  The normal original scheduled dates of Feb 27-28, 2009, conflicts with the previously announced Williamsburg, VA, TOR.

Efforts are being made to switch to an alternate weekend towards the end of March that won’t conflict with other area TORs. Resolution of the dates is expected in the very near future. I’ll post Patch-L & ISCA when the TOR dates & location are firmly fixed.
