Nine years ago in August 2006, we were talking about NOAC too. The 2006 NOAC was also held in East Lansing. As they have done for a number of NOAC’s, Section NE-3A put out a set for that NOAC too.
Section NE 3A also did a Section set with a common design. The first one I’ve seen is from Lodge #30 Tkaen DoD. you can see the design below:
