The 1995 Section NE-2C Conclave was held at Camp Alpine and hosted by Aquehongian Lodge #112, the theme for the weekend was Continuing the Higher Vision.
There were four patches and a decal issued for the event.
There were three pocket patches, a regular patch for participants with a purple border, a silver mylar version and a gold mylar version.

Here is the SMY-bordered version which was issued for the staff.
There was also a GMY bordered version which I believe was a COC or VIA issue. Can anyone confirm the reason for the GMY border?
