Another one of the items I picked up last month at the Empire State TOR was a section conclave need. The 1975 Section NE-2B Conclave was held at Camp Portaferry and hosted by Adirondack Lodge #357.
I had previously been aware of 4 items issued for the event, but there was a fifth; a staff neckerchief.

There was also a flap shaped paper sticker issued to all registrants. There was a place to write in your name. I think Chi Sigma did the same thing the previous(?) year.
