Onteroraus Lodge #402 60th Anniversary Flap F4
Another new issue which surfaced at the NE-2C this past weekend was a new 60th Anniversary flap from Onteroraus Lodge #402. This twill flap uses the design of one of the first patches from the lodge, the R1 (and R2).

There were reportedly 200 of the anniversary flaps issued.
