So is it a round or en event patch? Last year I reported the 2014 issue as an event patch. From what I have been told, the 2014 patch was first issued for service at the Lodge TOR which was held on February 23, 2014 and 100 were made. Not sure if they were used for other service events.
At the 2015 TOR, there was second round patch put out with the year and centennial logo.
With an event designation, the stats would be:
eR2015 RED R M/C RED YEL FDL; RED Cheerful Service M/C 2014 outlined BLK OA Centennial Logo
So what do you think R or eR?

It should probably be catalogued as a Round Issue. The TOR is a council activity (not a lodge one) and the lodge provides service setting up, etc., but it’s not truly a lodge event. That would make it a R and not an eR in my opinion.
