Not a Red and White, but a Khaki and Red Strip which should be of interest to NY Collectors recently appeared on eBay. It is from a small merged Council from Western New York, Genesee Council. I don’t have a feel for the true value of this item. With 9 days to go, will it sell? and if so, What do you think it will go for?
