The new Section NE-3A continues the traditions of the ‘old’ Sections NE-3A and NE-3B by issuing a Section set of flaps for the NOAC.
Ashokwahta Lodge #339 did not issue any separate items for the 2009 NOAC outside of the Section NE-3A set that I am aware of.
These flaps all share a common design, a Scout with stave hiking towards Indiana University.
The Border, Lodge Name and WWW are much darker than what is shown in the scan.
The stats for this one should be:
