In addition to being part of the NE-3A Section set, Ho-De-No-Sau-Nee Lodge #159 issued two 2-piece sets. This one is the Delegate sets.
While it appears White in the scan, the Border is Silver Mylar.
The stats for this should be:

X22 SMY R BLU – BLU FDL, Arrowhead Logo, BLK WWW Goodman in Barrel w/S49 – Delegate
