A Seneca Council RWS recently ended on eBay which might be of interest to New York Collectors. Seneca Council is one of the predecessor councils to the current Allegheny Highlands Council.
There were only 8 bidders with 10 bids drove this one to over $ 63.00 before the hammer came down.
