2010 Northeast Region Chief Set

One of my side collections is Northeast Region OA issues.  The best checklist for this information is maintained by Dave Scocca.  I only collect the Northeast Region Chief flaps if the Chief is from a New York State Lodge.

For 2010, the NER cheif is from Hunnikick Lodge #76 from New Jersey.  There were two issues, the gray border sold to lodge members and a white border, given out by the Region Chief as a friendship gift.  A pair recently ended on eBay.

Clicking on the image will bring you to the auction results for the next few months.

Six unique bidders drove the price on these flaps from $ 0.99 to over $ 53.00.

  1. Thanks for the link!

The Region Chief flaps are the one grouping I have not been cataloging as NE Region OA issues, since the “issuing authority” is the lodge.

According to an email I received from the Region Chairman shortly before NJ, there was no NE Region OA Jambo patch this year. (At the previous three Jamborees there has been such a patch, and at the last two there has also been a mylar-bordered limited edition passed out by the Region Chief.)
