Kayanernh-Kowa Lodge #219 X1.1? Shadow Clan

Ray Gould had left a comment on my Heard Around the State Post regarding a series of Shadow Clan Patches issued by Kayanernh-Kowa Lodge #219. A Little digging by Ray turned up the following:
He also provided me with an example (to scan) of the 219 Shadow Clan patch. It was available to those who earned a pre-determined set of points throughout the year (each OA activity or service was worth different points). This example was issued retroactively circa 2002 for those who would have likely earned it previous. There are 4-5 additional colors that may be earned sequentially (1 per year).
The Lodge website lists the requirements for the award. Some of them are:
You can only earn one Shadow Clan Patch per year. To earn the patch you must obtain 100 points based on the points system. The points will then be verified by the Awards and Recognition committee at that year’s LLDC. The Shadow Clan patch will be presented at the Winter Banquet the following year.
