The 2015 Section NE-3B was held at Camp Barton and hosted by Otahnagon Lodge /#172. The theme for the weekend was Headwaters Paddle Onward.

There were multiple issues for the event.

A Pocket patch:

I’m told this was for staff.

The red lines are the arrows on the paddlers sashes and the red & white near the bottom is the reflection of the OA 100 Logo in the water

a red bordered version which I’m told was staff or host lodge.

Can anyone confirm the purpose for each border color?
