The host of the 2013 Section NE-2B was conclave was Kintecoying Lodge #4 and it was held at Camp Keowa at the Ten Mile River Scout Camps in Narrowsburg, NY. The Theme was “How Uncas Got His Groove Back.” The theme is depicted in Gold Mylar Thread, which my scanner seems to be having issues with.

There were 5 issues. A jacket patch and 4 variations of the pocket patch, all of which had the same design.
