The 2000 Section NE-5A conclave was hosted by Ho-De-No-Sau-Nee Lodge #159 and held at Camp Scouthaven. The theme was “Brotherhood by the Lake”.
There were a number of issues for this event, at least 3 pocket patches with different border colors.

There was also a jacket patch:
There were also 2 neckerchiefs:
A yellow cloth with red piping:
And a silk-screened version:
Anyone know the reason for the two neckerchiefs or the significance of the different border colors on the patches?
