The 2009 Section NE-4A Conclave was held at Custaloga Town Scout Reservation and hosted by Langundowi Lodge #46. As far as I know, there was only a single pocket patch issued for the event.

Attached is a scan of the “Chief’s Gift” patch from that conclave. I believe the Section Chief was Mike Mahanes from Langundowi. I got this scan last weekend when we scanned the archives to put into our Lodge History that we’re compiling in prep for 2015 NOAC.
Update September 2017: There was also a participation patch for the event.

Bill, There’s also a blue bordered “Chief’s Gift” version of this event patch. They were given out only by the Langundowi Lodge Chief at the time. I’ll see if I can get you a scan. Additionally the participation award was a fabric decal of the clown on the front.
