The 1996 Section NE-3A Conclave was hosted  by Ho-De-No-Sau-Nee Lodge #159 and held at Camp Scouthaven.  To the best of my knowledge, there were two items issued for the event.A pocket patch:
    Section NE-3A 1996 Pocket Patch
    and a neckerchief:
    Section NE-3A 1996 Neckerchief
According to the OA Section List, the following lodges were in the section at this time: TKäen DoD Lodge #30 Ty-Ohni Lodge #95 Ho-De-No-Sau-Nee Lodge #159 Ashokwahta Lodge #339 Ganeodiyo Lodge #417———————The world is full of people whose notion of a satisfactory future is, in fact, a return to the idealised past.

  • Section NE-7A Jacket Patch

During the early stages of its 6 year existence, Section NE-7A created a Jacket Patch which included the totems of the lodges in the section.  Since Seneca Lodge #394 and Wakanda Lodge #186 merged in 1990 sometime after NOAC, this jacket patch probably dates from late 1989 or early 1990.
