Tschipey Achtu Lodge #397 First Flap Variation S1a & b

I originally wrote about the Tschipey Achtu Lodge #397 First Flap back in June. The lodge has subsequently reordered the flap and while the front appears identical, there are significant differences to the reverse. My understanding is that a second run of 400 flaps were ordered and came back with the Moritz logo PB.
Typically the Blue Book does not distinguish between types of plastic backs, however I think this is distinct enough that the purist first flap collectors should be aware of the difference.

Here is the front view:

The backs are a different story:

Here are the Blue Book style stats:
S1a SMY R M/C RED BLK FDL; WHT Senaca Waterways Plain PB First Flap
S1b SMY R M/C RED BLK FDL; WHT Senaca Waterways Moritz Logo PB

I may be overruled by the National Blue Book Editor, but I think this is the proper categorization.
