Here is an event patch from Pwamas Chapter for the 1st Annual Icicle in 1968. Pwamas Chapter is part of Shinnecock Lodge #360.

The 1968 Area 2-J Conclave had two known issues, a pocket patch, and the patch sewn to a plain red neckerchief. The patch had a simple Statue of Liberty design.

I picked up the neckerchief this summer at the 90th Anniversary of Ten Mile River Scout camps. I had not seen one before. This is sealed in plastic but could have been created by an enterprising scout. Does anyone else have one of these neckerchiefs who can confirm the provenance?

Updated: 3-14-08  Here is another image from George Jennings. this one from the 18th Annual Area 2-D Conclave hosted by Nooteeming Lodge #443 at Camp Nooteeming.

Does anyone no if there was other memorabilia issued for this conclave? In this era, their was usually a neckerchief issued as well.

George Jennings has also provided a scan of the neckerchief issued for this event.  It has a different design than the pocket patch.
