Section NE-2B 1986 Conclave

The 1986 Section NE-2B Conclave, was held at Camp Russell and hosted by Kamargo Lodge #294.  There were at least 2 items issued for this event, a pocket patch:

There was also a bolo tie:

Based on both previous and succeeding years, I would have expected a neckerchief to be issued.  Does anyone know if this was the case? Or did the Bolo tie replace the neckerchief.
