Four years ago I posted about an early <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyoatrader.com\/blog\/2008\/07\/31\/area-2-g-1969-noac-contingent-neckerchief\/\">Area issue for the 1969 NOAC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Area 2-G issued several NOAC Contingent pieces over the years.  I had previously written on their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyoatrader.com\/blog\/2008\/06\/21\/everything-old-is-new-again-area-2-g-1971-noac-patch\/\" target=\"_self\">contingent patch for the 1971 NOAC<\/a>.
