I would add BLK B.S.A. WWW to the N3 description making it
\nN3 RED P WHT BLK BLK BSA; EMB Saratoga County Council B.S.A. WWW<\/p>\n

My thought proces for the N2.5 designation as this is likely earlier since it does not contain the FDL or BSA which became a requirement in the mid-70s so this is likely an earlier version then the N3.<\/p>\n
