\"\"<\/a>The 2000 Section NE-5A conclave was hosted by Ho-De-No-Sau-Nee Lodge #159 and held at Camp Scouthaven. The theme was “Brotherhood by the Lake”.<\/p>\n

There were a number of issues for this event, at least 3 pocket patches with different border colors.<\/p>\n

A Yellow one:<\/p>\n

Anyone know the reason for the two neckerchiefs or the significance of the different border colors on the patches?<\/p>\n
