I had seen these medals in the past, but had never picked one up before.<\/p>\n<p>As you can see, the medal has a green background, and Red WWW and 186, suspended from a yellow and green ribbon.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the design, I suspect this is from  the early 1980&#8217;s and further that it is a youth award.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.nyoatrader.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/06\/186x1.jpg\" title=\"Wakanda Lodge #186 X1 1983 NOAC\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.nyoatrader.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/06\/186x1.thumbnail.jpg?resize=132%2C79\" alt=\"Wakanda Lodge #186 X1 1983 NOAC\" align=\"right\" height=\"79\" width=\"132\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>My reasoning for this is that the design matches that of the X1 (pictured at right )  which was issued for youth members attending  the 1983 NOAC.<\/p>\n<p>Does anyone have any information or paperwork that would confirm this and outline the requirements to earn this award?<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.nyoatrader.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/06\/186-grn-medal.jpg\" title=\"Wakanda Lodge #186 Service Medal Youth?\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.nyoatrader.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/06\/186-grn-medal.jpg\" alt=\"Wakanda Lodge #186 Service Medal Youth?\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[phpbay]Wakanda Lodge, 10[\/phpbay]<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u0153The right to be left alone\u00e2\u20ac\u201dthe most comprehensive of rights, and the right most valued by a free people.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u201d Louis Brandeis, dissenting, OLMSTEAD v.
