This rule has been bent when in addition to the patch there is also embroidery or silk-screening in addition to the patch.<\/p>\n<p>A completist would likely collect both the patch and the neckerchief.<\/p>\n<p>Here is an example from Shu Shu Gah Lodge&#8217;s Sakanenk Chapter and the X3 patch. Here you can see it on a neckerchief.
