Neckerchief"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Over 10 years ago I wrote a post on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyoatrader.com\/blog\/2011\/04\/09\/area-2-a-1949-conclave\/\">Area 2A 1949 Conclave<\/a>, in it a reference a neckerchief but did not picture one.<\/p>\n<p>Frank Rickenbaugh sent along an image of the neckerchief.
