Were there other issues? I know that NE-3A typically issues different border colors for staff and for the lodge with the highest percentage attendance.<\/p>\n

I believe that this was the staff patch, can anyone else confirm? IT has a White Border.<\/p>\n

\nFound this one at the Allegheny Highlands Council TOR. This patch has a SMY border. While the scanner washes it out a bit it is definitely SMY and not the previously known white border<\/a>. <\/p>\n
