I had first written about the Section NE-3B 2005 Conclave<\/a> back in November of 2011. <\/p>\n

Mia Hubbert sends along images of two previously unlisted items.<\/p>\n

Can anyone confirm why this second variation was issued?<\/p>\n

There was an embroidered neckerchief shown in my original post:<\/p>\n

there was also a third border color, dark blue.
