Dave Scocca who maintains a \u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/tegularius.org\/patches\/northeastoa.html\" target=\"_self\">Northeast Region OA checklist\u00c2\u00a0<\/a>left a comment which I thought desereved to be highlighted.\u00c2\u00a0 For those who collect Northest Region OA Issues, Dave found out:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>According to an email I received from the Region Chairman shortly before NJ, there was no NE Region OA Jambo patch this year.
