The 2015 Section NE-3B was held at Camp Barton and hosted by Otahnagon Lodge \/#172. The theme for the weekend was Headwaters Paddle Onward.<\/p>\n

There were multiple issues for the event.<\/p>\n

A Pocket patch:<\/p>\n

I’m told this was for staff.<\/p>\n

The red lines are the arrows on the paddlers sashes and the red & white near the bottom is the reflection of the OA 100 Logo in the water<\/p>\n

a red bordered version which I’m told was staff or host lodge.<\/p>\n
