I had heard several years ago that Half Moon Lodge #28 had issued a service flap. The design is the same as their standard S13 but with a Blue Border. I had reserved an issue number for it, but only recently obtained an image. I have since found out there is a second version with a dark blue border and lettering. I’m calling the Blue the S40a and the DBL the S40b <\/p>\n
