The host of the 2017 Section NE-2B was conclave was Kintecoying Lodge #4 and it was held at Camp Keowa at the Ten Mile River Scout Camps in Narrowsburg, NY. The Theme was \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Arrowmen Go.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n

First up is the Jacket Patch, for some reason it included a button tab on this 6 inch patch. Some did wear it as the pocket patch at least for some periods of time.<\/p>\n

There were also 4 pocket patches which shared the same design but had different border colors.<\/p>\n

The participant patch was a smaller version of the Jacket Patch
