The 1968 Area 2-J Conclave had two known issues, a pocket patch, and the patch sewn to a plain red neckerchief. The patch had a simple Statue of Liberty design.<\/p>\n

I picked up the neckerchief this summer at the 90th Anniversary of Ten Mile River Scout camps. I had not seen one before. This is sealed in plastic but could have been created by an enterprising scout. Does anyone else have one of these neckerchiefs who can confirm the provenance?<\/p>\n
