Update:\u00c2\u00a0 September 1, 2009<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kittan Lodges’ participation in NOAC 2009 consisted of a 18 person contingent and 6 person staff crew.<\/p>\n

The last piece to the puzzle was a solid red NOAC Ghost Flap set. The regular flap in a solid red. There were fifty ghost flaps made, no CSP’s. Each contingent member (not staff) was given two ghost flap sets.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
