While cataloging my collection in a usually vain attempt to avoid acquiring duplicates, I realized I had a neckerchief from the 1987 NE-2D Conclave, but it was different.\u00c2\u00a0 Instead of Red Piping, there was White Piping on the neckerchief.<\/p>\n

Does anyone know the significance of the different colors?\u00c2\u00a0 I need the neckerchief with the Red Piping for my collection.<\/p>\n
