The first OA area fellowship, the precursor of today\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s section conclaves, in North Carolina was held in 1945 at Camp Graystone.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Tali Taktaki 70 served as the host lodge.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Area I, in existence from 1945-1949, covered the entire state of North Carolina.\u00c2\u00a0 Memorabilia from these early meetings are arguably the most highly prized conclave insignia from North Carolina.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

OA Conclaves are one of the few remaining mainly uncataloged areas in OA Collecting.<\/p>\n
