Now another version has appeared.\u00c2\u00a0 Mike Knittel shares the image and the following information.\u00c2\u00a0 Each contingent member was given several of the red bordered neckerchiefs to trade, however there was a gold bordered version which was given one per contingent member to wear at the event.<\/p>\n

Tentatively, pending verification I would call this the N8.7 and the Blue Book stats would be:
