The combined ballots  totaled 96 in favor and 10 opposed.<\/p>\n<p>We truly are excited about this  opportunity to better serve the youth of all of western Massachusetts<\/p>\n<p>The official name of our new council will be decided this summer, and we are open to<br \/>\nsuggestions. In addition, we will be holding a design contest among our youth members<br \/>\nin the near future for our new Council Shoulder Patch, so get your Scout artists ready.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>If the usual practice is followed, it would seem that this is the last year for Allogagan Lodge #83 and Memsochet Lodge # 507.
