{"id":179,"date":"2006-01-12T20:25:00","date_gmt":"2006-01-13T04:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nyoatrader.com\/blog\/?p=179"},"modified":"2014-09-13T15:20:25","modified_gmt":"2014-09-13T20:20:25","slug":"update-to-previous-post-unlisted-417-neckechief","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nyoatrader.com\/blog\/2006\/01\/12\/update-to-previous-post-unlisted-417-neckechief\/","title":{"rendered":"Update to Previous Post &#8211; Unlisted 417 Neckechief?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a previous <a href=\"http:\/\/nyoatrader.blogspot.com\/2005\/12\/unlisted-neckerchief-lodge-417.html\">post,<\/a> I speculated on whether a neckerchief I had acquired was a Section Conclave Issue or on unlisted Lodge Contingent item to that conclave.<\/p>\n<p>I did have a couple of responses, Dave Scocca wrote &#8220;The Conclave Handbook Volume 1 (Frank Dingwerth and Chris Jensen) pictures this neckerchief as the Area 2H issue for 1959.  The checklist indicates that a neckerchief (but no patch) was issued.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Separately Jim Clough had a number of 2-H Conclave items in his last sales list.  The pictured neckerchief was listed as the 59 2-H Conclave Neckerchief.
